...In honor of my Canadian husband, Drake, dropping a new album, happy Canadian Tuxedo Friday!!
ALSO happy Galentine's Day to all ma ladiezzzzz!! Put yo hands in the air if you are also excited to see 50 Shades of Grey alone and spend your life savings on mark-down valentine's candy on Sunday!! In anticipation, today's OOTD is inspired by my lack of love life and motivation to take a shower. Also for some reason Athens went from 100 to 0 (degrees, that is) REAL quick temperature wise...and I don't remember volunteering to be apart of Sarah Palin's Alaska. Chambray shirt: Goodwill ($3) Cargo jacket: JCP ($25) High waisted Jeans: TOPSHOP, Joni Jeans ($25) Once again, LITERALLY best pants ever. If going pantsless weren't so comfortable, I would probably wear these 24 hours a day. Booties: ASOS ($25) Choker: Beaded by India ($25) This is my sorority sister's handiwork--super cool and affordable so check out her stuff! Lipstick: NYX matte cream in Amsterdam ($4) Again, a favorite that I have in at least six different colors. Stays on for a solid 635 hours (probably because it contains nuclear waste...?) Denim on denim is not only a style staple for me, but one of the easiest style "risks" to attempt and pull off. If you're a little on the hesitant side, try a mixture of super dark denim with a lighter chambray on top like Kate Bosworth. If you're feelin' ritzy or lovelovelove this trend like Trevor and me, play with similar tones of denim for a head-to-toe look like our queen, Rihanna. Either way, you can't go wrong with a Canadian Tuxedo! This OOTD wouldn't have occurred without my bomb friend/idol/superstar diva, Trevor Jackson. Thanks for insisting I looked okay and making me try to look sultry, I guess?? P.S. If you are living under a rock and don't know who Trevor is, please check out his incredible line and buy it and wear it and live it and breathe it because he is the next Jeremy Scott.
